The Ankara High Criminal Court no: 3 sentenced two suspects of the "Bahcelievler Case" to capital punishment for the second time. On November 1, 1999, the Court sentenced the suspects Bunyamin Adanali and Unal Osman Agaoglu to capital punishment on charges of "killing seven students who were members of the Turkish Workers' Party (TIP) in the Bahcelievler district of Ankara in 1978."
