The Communist Party of the Russian Federation will be able to collect the number of signatures required for holding a referendum on crucial problems facing the country within one or two months, Communist leader Gennadiy Zyuganov told Ekho Moskvy radio. The problem of crime should be the third question at the referendum. "Punitive measures for drug addiction and grave crimes should be tightened up, up to capital punishment," he said.
