The Council of Ministers adopted the draft-law "On some changes in the military penal code

The Council of Ministers adopted the draft-law "On some changes in the military penal code." The draft defines the basis and sources of the military penal legislation. The press department of the Council of Ministers said that the amendments to the code became necessary after the approval of the new Constitution, which provides for new ways of combating crime. They aim to enrich dispositions foreseen by the legislation as regards imprisonment, the death sentence, the commitment of crimes during war situations and others. Through these annexes and changes the military penal legislation wil be improved.
