The Court of Appeal confirmed a death sentence against Kampala businessman Johnson Kamya Wavamunno convicted of murder and robbery by the High Court last year. The High Court had convicted Wavamunno for killing Police constable Wodulo, before robbing US$240,000 that had just been flown in from the Barclays Bank currency centre, UK, on February 29, 1996 at Kitooro in Entebbe town.
