The criminal board of the Tajik Supreme Court sentenced Abdurahim Naimov to death and his accomplice, Ubaydullo Rajabov, to 15 years imprisonment with confiscation of his property. The men were charged and convicted under several articles of the republic's Criminal Code, including murder and armed robbery.
