The Criminal Court upheld its death sentence against Rashad Walid, a 21-year-old man convicted of a murder October 2001. Walid was first sentenced to death on 31 December 2002, after the court declared him guilty of the murder of Mohammad Ahmad and of the attempted murder of Khader Abed on October 7.
