We denounce it unfailingly, be it in Iran or Saudi Arabia, be it China, which holds a very sad record in the matter, be it the United States, which adds to the savagery of the execution of minors and the mentally disabled, the racist horror, be it, at a more general level, one of the 87 countries that have not to date accepted the abolition of this ultimate type of torture".
