the federal jury that found Robert Bolden Senior guilty of murdering security guard Nathan Ley in St. Louis has recommended the death penalty. The guard was killed in October of 2002, when Bolden and 2 accomplices approached the bank, planning to rob it. The 2 accomplices have pleaded guilty to various charges and will be sentenced next month. Formal sentencing for Bolden is set for August 25th.
