Ocheng and Basram Okello of Loro, Apac had been convicted of murdering George Ongom, a Movement chairman. Prosecution told the court that Ocheng, Okello and another unidentified man murdered Ongom, the Movement and LC 3 Chairman of Loro sub-county, on July 26, 2004.
They smashed his door, shot him and dragged him out of the house," the prosecution said. Ongom was later taken to Apapara Hospital where he died.
