The state Supreme Court decided that Henry Lewis Marshall, condemned to death for the June 18, 1994 killing of Griswold, will get a new trial.In a unanimous decision, the court ruled that a trial court judge should have allowed Marshall to withdraw his guilty plea, or at least held a hearing to establish whether Marshall was competent.
