Three Yemeni men convicted of murder were executed by firing squad, declared the Yemeni general prosecutors office.
The announcement did not provide the dates or the motives for the killings. It said Ali Abdullah Hazam, 50, and Sarhan Ali Abdullah, 40, were executed in a public square in Dhamar, 155 km south of the capital.
The two men had been convicted of murdering a Yemeni man and his son.
In Hajja, 70 km northwest of the capital, Hassan Mohammed Taher, 25, was also publicly executed for killing Hassan Aref, 30.
