the Court of Appeal in Uganda upheld a death sentence against Robert Lubowa and Jackson Kabazza for robbery. The two armed men stole millions of shillings worth of goods from the house of lawyer James Nangwala's. The panel, led by Justice Galdino Okello, agreed with the High Court ruling that the accused's claims of mistaken identity was baseless. "Despite the threats meted to the victims, we agree with the trial judge that they correctly identified the accused."
