the 4th Division court martial in Gulu district, Uganda, sentenced a UPDF soldier to death for murdering his colleague. According to the northern-based army spokesman, Lt. Chris Magezi, the court presided over by Brig. Peter Kerim passed the ruling after Moses Eruga was convicted of shooting John Bosco Druga in 2004 in Adjumani district.
