UGANDA. RETAIN DEATH PENALTY – UJCC

a Uganda Joint Christian Council (UJCC) report on public opinion revealed that the death penalty should be retained. The UJCC released a 15-recommendation report of findings regarding public opinion on the white paper and constitution amendment bills 2005. The report was compiled following an UJCC survey in 11 Ugandan districts.
