UGANDA: THREE HANDED DEATH SENTENCES FOR MURDER

Justine Aharikundira, 63, allegedly murdered her husband, Vicensio Kajura, on June 7, 2006, at Kyasano, Kabale District, while Molly Uwihayimana, 32, murdered her husband, John Bosco Nkuruziza, on June 12, 2007, at Nyakabande village in Kisoro District. Adonia Byarenga, 30, was also sentenced to death after the prosecution proved that he participated in the murder of Faidah Binguni and Benon Katuku, all from Kabale District, over allegations they were having sex with a married woman.
