Justice Eldard Mwangutsya of the High Court in Mbarara, Uganda, sentenced brothers John Bosco Muhereza, 31, and Boaz Katurebe, 23, both residents of Kayanga, Ntungamo district, to death for murdering neighbour Sebastian Tibarindwa on November 3, 2007. They allegedly chopped him with a panga.
