A Baldwin County jury recommended 10-2 the death sentence for Floyd Cardale Casey, 22, black. Last week, the jury found Casey guilty of capital murder for the death of Edward Wayne McCrory, 52, on December 20, 2008. Circuit Court Judge Charles Partin set the sentencing hearing for October 30.
