Autauga County Circuit Judge John Bush imposed the death sentence on Justin Tyler Hosch, 22, white. Hosch was convicted of capital murder charges in the Oct. 19, 2008 shooting death of Joey Willmore during a robbery. A jury convicted Hosch of capitol murder on September 2 (see). The same panel later came back with a 10-2 recommendation of a death sentence.
