USA - Alabama. Judge Allen Millican sentenced Kevin André Towles to death

Etowah County circuit judge Allen Millican sentenced Kevin André Towles to death.  A jury in October found Towles guilty for the 2006 beating death of his girlfriend’s 5-year-old son Geontae Glass and recommended the death penalty (see Oct. 16). Judge Millican finalized the sentence today in a proceeding that took fewer than 15 minutes.
