USA - Alabama. A jury has recommended Timothy Scott Boyle be sentenced to death

An Etowah County jury has unanimously recommended Timothy Scott Boyle, 25, white, be sentenced to death in the 2005 death of 2-year-old Savannah White. Judge David Kimberley will set formal sentencing for a later date. Savannah’s mother, Melissa Burk White, has been charged with aggravated child abuse. Her court date has not been set.
