USA - Alabama. Judge Malcolm Street sentenced Jesse Scheuing, 24, white, to death

Calhoun County Circuit Judge Malcolm Street sentenced Jesse Scheuing, 24, white, to death. On Sept. 21 a Marion County jury recommended the death penalty in a 10-2 decision. A surveillance video showed the 24-year-old Scheuing clearly intended to kill a convenience store clerk, 27-year-old Sean Adam Cook on Nov. 28, 2008.
