USA - Arizona. A jury sentenced Jason Bush, 26, white, to death

A Pima County jury sentenced Jason Bush, 26, white, to death for killing a man and his 9 year old daughter in a May 30, 2009 home invasion. Bush is the second person to be sent to death row for the killings. In February, Shawna Forde, the mastermind of the attack, was sentenced to death (see Feb. 22). Bush was convicted March 25 of two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of Raul Flores, 29 and Brisenia Flores, 9. The third suspect, Albert Gaxiola, will be tried in June. Prosecutors say they will seek the death penalty in his case as well.
