A Riverside County jury choose death penalty for Kesaun Kedron Sykes, 27, Black. Sykes is the last of four Marines convicted of murdering a U.S. Marine Corps sergeant, Jan Pietrzak, 24. and his wife Quiana Jenkins-Pietrzak, 26, in their home on Oct. 15, 2008. Sykes' sentencing is set for Nov. 7. Last year, Kevin Cox, 26, Emrys John, 24, and Tyrone Miller, 26, were found guilty of murder in the deaths of the couple. John and Miller were sentenced to death. Cox received life in prison without the possibility of parole.
