Orange County Superior Court Judge Frank Fasel imposed the sentence recommended by the jury that convicted Skylar Deleon, 29, white, of killing Tom and Jackie Hawks in Nov. 2004. Deleon was also convicted in the 2003 killing of Jon Jarvi. The judge told Deleon: "It is the judgment and order of this court you shall suffer the death penalty as to each count."
