USA - California. Judge Rebecca Riley sentenced Randolph “Randy” Kling to death

Ventura County Superior Court Judge Rebecca Riley sentenced Randolph “Randy” Kling to death. He upheld the June 18, 2009 (see) jury’s recommendation. Kling, 52, has been found guilty of 2 counts of 1st-degree murder for shooting William “Bill” Budfuloski, 53, on Aug. 9, 2003, and his son, Michael Budfuloski, 31, on Feb. 24, 2004, in a plot to gain control of the older man’s business, Budco Fabrication Inc. in Lancaster.
