Brevard County judge Judge Robert Wohn sentenced Terence Tabius Oliver, 36, black, twice to death. Judge Wohn sentenced Oliver in agreement with the jury’s 12-0 recommendation. Oliver was convicted in March of 2 counts of 1st-degree murder in the deaths of 36-year-old Andrea Richardson and 25-year-old Krystal Pinson - Oliver's former girlfriend in July 2009.
