USA - Florida. Judge Mallory Cooper sentenced Dennis Thurnado Glover to death

Circuit Judge Mallory Cooper sentenced Dennis Thurnado Glover, 51, Black, to death row for the May 2012 murder of Sandra Jean Allen, 51. Allen was found to be fatally strangled and stabbed. Investigators then found blood on Glover's shoes to be a DNA match for Allen's. Duval County jurors convicted Glover and on December 20, 2013 recommended death by a 10-2 vote. But Glover's sentencing was repeatedly delayed due to questions over whether he was intellectually disabled.
