The Florida Supreme Court vacated the death sentence for Richard Robards because it was not unanimous. On May 25, 2010 (see) a Pinellas-Pasco jury recommended the death penalty for Robards, now 49, White, convicted of murdering Frank and Linda Deluca during a burglary in their home in 2006. The jury on voted 7-5 in favor of the death penalty. Judge Joseph A. Bulone upheld the sentence on Oct. 29, 2010 (see).
