USA - Oklahoma. A jury has recommended a death sentence for Mica Martinez, 33, White

A Comanche County jury has recommended a death sentence for Mica Martinez, 33, White, a man convicted in the Oct. 12, 2009 killings of a couple. Last week, the jury convicted Martinez of 1st-degree murder for the deaths of Carl (64) and Martha Faye Miller (55) at their home. A formal sentencing is scheduled for July 15.
