A Tulsa County judge sentenced Raymond Eugene Johnson to die for murdering his ex-girlfriend and her infant daughter. Associate District Judge Dana Kuehn agreed with jurors who on June 26 (see) meted out 2 death sentences after finding Johnson, 35, guilty of the 1st-degree murders of Brooke Whitaker, 24, and 7-month-old Kya Whitaker in June 2007.
