USA - Oklahoma. Judge Richard Van Dyck sentenced Ronson Kyle Bush to death

Grady County District Judge Richard Van Dyck sentenced Ronson Kyle Bush, 32, to die for the December 23, 2008 killing of William Harrington. Earlier in the week, the jury was dismissed after Bush entered a guilty plea to first-degree murder. After listening to evidence in the sentencing phase, Van Dyck ruled the state met its burden of proof and sentenced Bush to die.
