USA - Oklahoma. A Garvin County jury delivered a death sentence to Franklin Green
A Garvin County jury Tuesday delivered a death sentence to Franklin Green. Green was convicted last week for killing his wife, Gloria Hunter, 60, on April 10, 2007. Green, then 61, already was on federal probation for kidnapping when he gunned down the wife. Formal sentencing will be Dec. 1.
