A jury sentenced Stephen Stanko to death. The same jury convicted Stanko of the murder of 74-year-old Henry Lee Turner in 2005. Stanko already received the death penalty in August 2006 for the 2005 killing of his 43-year-old girlfriend Laura Ling.
