USA - Texas. A jury sentenced Terence Tramaine Andrus, 24, black, to death

A Fort Bend County jury sentenced Terence Tramaine Andrus, 24, black, to death. The jury convicted Andrus of capital murder in the deaths of Avelino Saucedo Diaz, 31, and Kim Phuong Bui, 49. The two were shot to death Oct. 15, 2008 in the parking lot of a grocery in what appeared to be attempted carjackings. Investigators said he confessed to the shootings.
