Xiamen Intermediate People's Court, in Fujian Province, sentenced Zhao Keming, Xiamen vice-mayor, to death with two years reprieve and confiscation of all assets for accepting bribes. It is alleged that from 1995 to 1999, Zhao sought benefits for others in land transfers, land sales, decoration contracts and had accepted 4.52m yuan in bribes.
