in Zambia, Lusaka High Court Judge Tamula Kakusa sentenced six men to death for the armed aggravated robbery of K3 million cash and clothes valued at K3,765,000.
Mubita Moombola, 45, Namakando Simanga, 33, Musangu Simanga, Muswa Batuke, 28, Raphael Sitwala, 28, and Kongwa Moonde all of Mongu allegedly robbed Mushaukwa Mushaukwa in Mongu on May 9, 2007, with an AK 47.
“In this Court, there is only one sentence for this offence. The only sentence is that all the six of you will hang until pronounced dead,” Mr Justice Kakusa said.
