An Indian court sentenced four men to death for murder. Mandeep alias Kala, Santokh Singh, Shekhar Chand and Sunil Malik were condemned by the Gurgaon additional district and sessions judge for the brutal murder of Pritam Singh alias Gurprit Singh.
The victim had purchased two trucks from Santokh Singh. The dispute arose over registration and delay in transferring the same. The victim was abducted, murdered him and thrown into a drain on June 19, 1998. The dead body was recovered a day later.
