Anthony Brian, 40, white, was put to death by lethal injection. He was pronounced dead at 07:11. He was convicted of killing George Wilson, a 60 year old, white, security guard, on 12th August 1983. He was the second person to be executed in the State during the year, the 46th since the State resumed executions in 1979. He was the 17th to be executed in the U.S. during the year and No 615 since the death penalty was re-introduced in 1976.
