Erick Virgil Hall will face death for raping and murdering a New York City airline attendant 4 years ago, a jury decided.
Hall, 33, was convicted last Friday in the killing of Lynn Henneman.
Prosecutors claimed Hall attacked Henneman, 38, raped her and then strangled her. DNA evidence proved Hall raped the woman.
Hall also is charged with the rape and murder of Cheryl Ann Hanlon, 42, in Boise in March 2003. That trial is scheduled for next spring.
