In a letter, Reggio Emilia Mayor Antonella Spaggiari threatened to dissolve the cultural exchange relationship with Fort Worth city, in Texas. Spaggiari asked the city's authorities to denounce Mr. Goff's death by injection. Fort Worth city spokesman Pat Svacina said the city's reply will explain that the death penalty is not a city issue.
