In San Antonio a Bexar County jury decided on execution for 22-year old Kevin Watts. Jurors last Thursday found Watts guilty of capital murder in the death of a restaurant manager Hak Po Kim, 30, and 2 cooks, Yuan Tzu Banks, 52, and Chae Sun Shook, 59, on march 1, 2002. Police say the robbery netted just over $100.
As 226th District Judge Sid Harle pronounced the death sentence, Watts showed little emotion.
