INDIA: HC CONFIRMS DEATH SENTENCE ON MAN WHO RAPED MINOR

Justices M Chockalingam and M Sathyanarayanan of the Madras High Court in India confirmed the death sentence awarded to Selvam, 35, by the Additional Sessions Court at Salem on March 12, 2009. He allegedly raped and killed a nine-year-old girl in February 2009.
