it was reported that following rejection of their mercy appeal by President General Pervez Musharraf, as many as six convicts would be hanged simultaneously on February 8 at the Faisalabad District Jail, Pakistan. The District Session Judge also issued the death warrant of the convicted which included Manzoor Ahmad and his son Muhammad Ishaq, Ghulam Mustafa alias Papoo, Muhammad Ilyas, Muhammad Anwar and Javed Obal.
