It was reported that the Taiyuan Intermediate People's Court, in Shanxi Province, China, tried 17 suspects and sentenced Zhuang Xiaodong to death with two years reprieve. The court also fined the Taiyuan Sanxing Jiaohua Enterprise Limited Company for issuance of false value-added specialized tax invoices. "The suspects issued 677 false invoices ... evading 7.8m yuan in taxes."
