Men who batter their wives and children should be chased away from homes, state minister for ethics and integrity Miria Matembe said.
"If there is a terrorist man in a home, instead of creating a home for abused women and children, why not take him to a batterers' home?" Matembe asked.
She said this while opening the Hope House for the Hope After Rape organisation in Naluvule, Wakiso district. Matembe repeated her call of castrating men who rape women and defile girls. She said teachers who engage in child abuse should be hanged.
