More than 180 delegates from 95 countries will convene in Johannesburg on September 16 night for Prison Fellowship International's (PFI) Council Meeting.
"During the following three days, delegates will discuss issues related to criminal justice reform, including the death penalty, restorative justice, and the plight of children in prison," a PFI statement read.
