two members of the terrorist "Alhijra wa takfir" group, belonging to the cell of Nador, North-East Morocco, were sentenced to capital punishment by the Rabat Appellate court. S.L, 41, and H.H, 24, were convicted of ‘premeditated murder’,  ‘beheading and hiding a corpse’ and ‘setting up a criminal gang to perpetrate terrorist acts’.
Eleven others involved in the case were sentenced from one to twenty years, whilst a twelfth man was acquitted.
