The accused killed Fayyaz Hussain in Bahawalnagar on May 7, 1996.
The court acquitted Maulana Jalil Ahmed Ikhwan, his brother Khalil Ahmed Ikhwan and eight others because the prosecution could not prove their involvement in the case.
