PAKISTAN MAN GETS DEATH SENTENCE, FINE FOR MURDER

the Pakistan Additional District and Sessions Court awarded the death sentence and a Rs.100,000 fine to Rustam Ali of Saddar Chishtian for murder. One co-accused was given 10 years in prison and another was acquitted. The court heard the deceased Ghulam Mohiuddin and his brother Ghulam Akbar attacked the Rustam’s brother, injuring him seriously, and so Rustam and his party killed Mohiuddin in revenge.
