PAKISTAN: THREE GET DEATH SENTENCE IN MURDER CASE

in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, Additional Sessions Judge Sajjad Hussain Sindhar awarded the death sentence to Qadeer Ahmed, Sagheer Ahmed and their father Jalal Khan. The three allegedly killed Yasir Nawaz over a petty matter in the limits of New Town Police Station on December 23, 2004. The judge also awarded 10-year rigorous imprisonment and ordered the convicts to pay Rs 100,000 each as a fine.
